Was playing around with photobucket again, so I've managed to designed my own banner from one of my picture which is the CD minibook cover.
What I did was to use their duplicate function under layer tab. Then used their beautification border and did a bit of cropping and text decoration, wualah!
Like it! But I think I can do better.
