Life is good
Did this layout using a sketch over at Scrapbook Deals 4U. Information are as below taken from the forum:
"Scrapbook Deals 4 U is currently hosting three sketch challenges every month. You are not required to be a kit club subscriber in order to participate. You may use any products that you wish to use!
On the 1st of the month, a sketch challenge will be posted using a sketch provided by My Sketch World and you will have from the 1st through the 10th to complete the challenge. On the 10th of the month, the second sketch challenge will be posted using a sketch provided by Creative Scrappers and you will have from the 10th through the 20th to complete that challenge. Lastly, on the 20th of the month, the third sketch challenge will be posted using a sketch provided by PageMaps and you will have from the 20th through the last day of the month to complete the challenge.
Participants will earn one entry into the monthly sketch challenge prize drawing for each sketch challenge completed. Since there are three sketch challenges each month, there are three opportunities to earn entries into the monthly sketch challenge drawing. If you complete one sketch challenge, you will earn one entry into the drawing, if you complete two of the sketch challenges you will earn two entries into the drawing, and if you complete all three sketch challenges for the month you will earn three entries into the monthly sketch challenge prize drawing.
Shortly after the end of each month, the prize winner will be selected by random drawing from among all of the sketch challenges entries uploaded to the designated gallery folder within the allotted time frame. The winner will then be announced on the message board and will be instructed to PM Martha to claim their scrappy prize :)"
So, if you are running out of idea and don't know where to start, why not try out the sketch challenge, surely will get you going.
Here is my take for it using Basic Grey pattern paper from SD4U kit:

Here is my take for it using Basic Grey pattern paper from SD4U kit:
I did the middle ribbon by securing it with a brad and a felt flower, aren't they cute? And that little fish, isn't it cute!?
I think I'm back to my "distressing-self" for the moment *wink*.
Have a good day and happy scrapping!
